1. Engagement Scope

Bhaironest by Shiv Shakti Multiservices acts as a bespoke technical transformation partner. Services offered, including custom web application development, mobile engineering, AI implementation, and data pipelines, are delivered based on the parameters agreed upon within the individual project contracts.

2. User Responsibilities & Data

All clients using the platform to check progress, submit emergency tickets, or manage team tasks must maintain strict account confidentiality. Any usage that impacts system security will lead to the suspension of active portal keys.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Once specific invoices are cleared, clients maintain the sole ownership rights over the code, operational dashboards, and bespoke technical designs delivered by our agency.

4. Limiting Liabilities

Our team uses strict standard operating protocols. However, the agency cannot be held liable for indirect system errors, database drops, or unexpected API downtime arising from third-party hosting issues.
