You must not violate any applicable law, use the Services for fraud, submit unlawful material, upload malware, reverse engineer the Services, use automated bots, resell the Services, interfere with other users, collect personal data without authority, send spam, or violate intellectual-property rights.
You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant Bhairo Nest a limited licence to host, reproduce, and process User Content as necessary to provide the Services and comply with applicable law.
The Services are owned by Bhairo Nest or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Paid Services are subject to the pricing, plan, or agreement presented at the time of purchase. Fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR). Applicable GST and other taxes may be added.

The Services may include links to third parties. We are not responsible for third-party services and do not endorse them merely because they are integrated.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access immediately where we reasonably believe that you violate these Terms or applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Bhairo Nest disclaims all warranties.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bhairo Nest's aggregate liability arising from or related to the Services will not exceed the lower of the fees actually paid by you in the preceding three months or INR 10,000.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Bhairo Nest from claims arising from your User Content, your breach of these Terms, or your misuse of the Services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance.
